Because our products are printed to order, slight variations may occur between product images, mockups, and the final item. These small differences are part of the print-on-demand process and do not affect the intended quality or wearability of the product.
All product descriptions, prices, colors, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities of any products we offer.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order with Lost On Purpose, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or errors in product information.
Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and processed, and you receive an order confirmation.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including size, color, shipping address, and product selection. Because our products are printed to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once production has started.
If we need to cancel, change, or decline an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which explains when refunds or replacements may be available.
You agree that any purchases made through our store are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Lost On Purpose currently ships within the United States only.
Many U.S. orders are fulfilled through trusted U.S. print partners whenever possible, helping your tee reach you quickly and reliably.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping and delivery may be affected by production times, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
